申請者可到臺灣教育部所認可的各大學校院附設華語文教學中心報讀3個月或6個月的華語課程，獲獎者將可在就讀期間每月獲得獎學金新臺幣二萬五千元（約3,400令吉）。

The MOE Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Scholarship Program is offered for the mandarin learner including beginner to study at any university-affiliated language centers in Taiwan.
The recipient will be awarded a monthly stipend of NTD 25,000. The duration of the scholarship is 3 months or 6 months, starting from September 1st, 2020. Malaysian students above the age of 18 and possess at least a high school diploma are eligible to apply.
Applicants should apply directly to the mandarin language centers for admission, and send the scholarship application form and other required documents to Education Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Malaysia by 31st March 2020.
