教育部爲加强推動學生創意競賽，自93年辦理競賽，94年擴大增辦國際賽，規劃邀請各國獲取與代表隊來臺參加、進交流，期望使臺灣高級中等學校之創造力在國際舞臺綻放。此競賽活動由國立臺灣大學執行，決賽及國際賽活動時程自2026年8月2日至6日，報名時間自即日起至2026年7月3日。 The Ministry of Education, in order to strengthen the promotion of student creativity competitions, has been organising competitions since 2004.
