臺灣大學繼 2020 年開設「全球農業科技與基因體科學碩士學位學程」、「生物多樣性國際碩士學位學程」以及「智慧醫療與健康資訊碩士學位學程」，全英語授課的跨領域「防災減害與韌性碩士學位學程」(MS Program in Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience) 也將於明年開始上課，並預計招收15名國際生。該學程之課程規劃以「環境韌性規劃」和「防災技術發展」兩大方向進行，呼應當今迫在眉睫的地球挑戰與危機，培育具備多元面向思考與視野，並具有調適及因應能力的國際人才。
